Refund & Reschedule Policy

1. Cancellations

We understand that schedules can change and emergencies happen. However, as our physiotherapists block their time specifically for your recovery session, no refund is provided for cancellation of the booking once it has been confirmed and paid for.

2. Rescheduling

While cancellations are non-refundable, your appointment can be rescheduled to a later time. The ability to reschedule depends heavily upon the time you notify us of the cancellation and the subsequent availability of your assigned physiotherapist.

To reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible before your scheduled appointment time so we can accommodate your request and find a new suitable time slot.

3. Refunds

In the exceptional event that a refund is authorized by DAACTARNI (e.g., due to an error on our end or specific situational exceptions), the processing time for the refund will be between 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect back in your original payment account.
